The properties are in Bowenvale, a tree-lined avenue in Cashmere with views of the Port Hills, the city and the mountains beyond.

Bowenvale is a beautiful natural valley in the crater wall of the extinct volcano that forms the Lyttleton harbour.   The sides of the valley create a ‘microclimate’ which in the past became a market gardening area. Some glasshouses can still be seen. 

Today the tree lined Bowenvale Valley is a playground for walkers, mountain bikers and anyone seeking fresh air and open spaces.

Close by are cafes and bars, shops, supermarkets, health centre, dentist, sports and leisure centre, a library and schools for all ages including the highly regarded Cashmere High School. 

There is a half hourly bus service for the fifteen minute journey to the city centre.

Bowenvale is a five minute drive from the Princess Margaret Hospital, less than fifteen minute drive to Christchurch and Hilmorton Hospitals.
